Although we tried to clean up as best as we could, our baby made such a mess, but we were never made to feel like this was a huge inconvenience to them. Of all the restaurants, the buffet staff at the Nizuc Mangler were amazing, Orlando & his team (Carlos, Jesus & Mayoli) always greeted us in the best way, decorated our table and tried to entertain the children. As usual we cannot fault the food or service, we love food and love that we can eat in all the restaurants as many times as we liked, unlike all inclusive restaurants in Europe. Our only downside was the Sunrise children's pool, it was certainly tired in places, broken tiles etc and our toddler slipped and hit his head as soon as he stepped out. This was our 3rd visit to MP - but first with our toddler & baby. THANK YOU, Everyone who made our stay very pleasant and comfortable, AS ALWAYS. THANK YOU! The Maid Service (Room # 3117): Everyone of the ladies who attended to our room and kept it very clean and organized was very kind, professional, and attentive. The Bellboy staff: Everyone was kind and welcoming, specially Ricardo Sierra Antonio. The Spa: The ladies who gave us massage, Gaby and Vigueras were very professional and kind. The Servers Maria Cano, and Frida Galicia were very kind, welcoming and attentive. Choice of certain alcoholic drinks (Top Shelf) was limited. The Lobby Bar: The atmosphere was very nice and comfortable. The Servers Alfredo, Ruby, Juventino, Adrian, and Ingrid. The Hostesses Ana Ortiz, Alma Ariet, Yozune Flores, Osmara, and Omar. Bugambilias Restaurant: Food choices were great, with a very clean environment. The Servers Antonio Chi, Edy Moreno, Eduardo Currillo, Irvin Ek. The Manager Ana Martha Mejia is very kind, welcoming, professional and runs a very orderly and friendly restaurant. Gondola Restaurant: Food choices were great, with a very clean environment. The young lady that was working at the Elite check-in desk on late afternoon. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS FOR MAKING OUR VACATION VERY COMFORTABLE AND ENJOYABLE. I could go on and on about how great these resorts and the staff are, but I believe everyone should see and experience it all on their own. There is a shuttle service several times a day between all the resorts, so the guests can enjoy the facilities in other resorts, if they wish. There is also a full scale Spa in every resort as well as a very luxurious Spa at the Golf course area. There is also daytime entertainment in the pool area. Ana Martha Mejia who is very kind and welcoming, and will treat you like a family).The nightly entertainment is just great, with a variety of nightly shows for all week. ), the food is very tasty and there is always something for every taste. There are several restaurants at each resort (Japanese, Indian, Spanish, Italian &. Every room also has a large jacuzzi, and a fully stocked fridge (water, soft drinks, and beer), and there is also an alcohol dispenser cabinet which usually has 3 types of alcoholic drinks. Every room has great views of either the beach, or the pools, or the inner garden areas. The hotel accommodations (whether you choose presidential Suite or Regular Room) are very luxurious, stylish, roomy and comfortable. This resort is just perfect in all aspects and WILL NOT disappoint. MOON PALACE SUNRISE is an All Inclusive Resort and is part of a larger Resort Complex called Moon Palace Cancun, which also includes Moon Palace Nizuc, Moon Palace Grand, and the Moon Palace Golf/Spa Complex and its all located a very short ride (about 15 minutes) from the Cancun International Airport. and for the past 20 + years we have chosen the MOON PALACE SUNRISE.
